Our beautiful “Dahlia” dress is as sweet as a beautiful Spring day. Your little one will dazzle in shades of soft pink and silver. Dahlia features a sweet silhouette featuring beautiful shimmer soft pink fabric. Her sweet bodice features a sweetheart neckline which features a sweet chiffon flutter accent and features sweet hand sewn roses. Her back of bodice features an open cut back and sweet pink and rhinestone faux buttons down the back. We have added a hidden zipper closure. Her skirting features beautiful layers upon layers of soft pink bridal shimmer tulle and sweet soft silver horse hair braid trim detailing. Perfect for a flower girl or special occasion. Dahlia is meant for the girliest of girls.

By purchasing a B+L RENTAL item(s) you will adhere to and agree to ALL terms specified in this agreement. You understand that this is a binding contract. As purchaser you are fully responsible for ALL rental item(s). Should you loan this item(s) to someone else – you understand that YOU are responsible for any and all damages occurred.
You understand that B+L rental item(s) are not “NEW” items. Meaning, there may be some wear and tear to the item(s). We do however clean each item(s) and inspect each item(s) prior to being rented out.
HOW IT WORKS:

2. LOVE IT.
3. RESERVE IT.
Reserve your items for 4 or 8 day rental. We will need your reservation 3 days prior to ACTUAL event date. Because our item(s) rent months in advance – it is best to reserve your dates of usage a month or two out. You are able to select a reservation date from the calendar.
Example RENTAL usage (4 DAY RENTAL): Day 1: You receive your B+L rental; Day 2: Usage of item/s; Day 3:Package your B+L rental and prep to ship. DAY 4: We MUST RECEIVE ITEM BACK OR have tracking received. We have given you 1 grace day but all item(s) should be returned to us by the 4th or 8th day. In this example it would be ON the 4th day.
If you need extended usage time-there will be an additional fee and you will need to contact us to confirm additional days are an option.
SHIPPING TO YOU HAS ALREADY BEEN INCLUDED IN OUR RENTAL FEES.
Your rental will ship priority mail, UPS OR FedEx-depending upon dates you need by. Please take into consideration shipping time frame when placing your order. You need to allow yourself time to receive your item BEFORE your actual event date. If you need a rush order- we do have options for an additional fee. IF YOU ARE LOCAL-YOU CAN SCHEDULE A PICK UP.
Example RENTAL (4 days): Booked April 15th -April 18th – you receive your item on the 15th-and it is to be returned to us the 18th.
SHIPPING BACK TO US
We ask that you ship ALL item(s) back in a NEW -UNUSED-box of equal size/quality and MUST ship PRIORITY MAIL USPS, UPS OR FEDEX. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEE BACK TO US.
You are responsible for any LOST or STOLEN item(s). You are responsible for any damages occurred during shipment. Please keep in mind – you are renting items that value in worth of $50-300+ -we ask that you care for our item(s) as if they are yours. Your items should be shipped back to us in the manner you received your items(s).
IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT RETURNED TO US BY DUE DATE OR WE DO NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER in hand of item(s) being returned to us- you will be RESPONSIBLE for a $75 DAILY late fee for every day past the (granted return date). You need to consider ship times in the overall rental days you have usage of the item(s).
You understand that YOU are responsible for ALL damages occurred. This includes shipping damages, usage damages. Should an item(s) incur 90-100% damage and can NOT be fixed – you are responsible for paying the FULL retail cost of the item(s). Damages include: rips/tears beyond repair, stains (makeup/tan, food, water, dirt, etc) that can not be fixed. In some cases we will ask that you cover the cleaning / repair fees OR you will be charged a dress replacement fee of 100-200% retail/market value of the item(s.) We will work hard to resolve the issue with you.
We have complete documentation to all item(s) prior to us shipping to you. We understand item(s) can incur minor wear and tear but we ask that you please care for your rental item(s) as your own to prevent any issues. PLEASE SEE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS SECTION OF THE RENTAL ITEM(S).
