You must 1. purchase a membership and 2. you will then login to the website member area. Once you login you will be given access to the member only areas/products.
Your billing and shipping information is stored in your Membership Settings and can be updated at any time. You will login into your website member account and update information as needed.
You can cancel your membership at any time on the B+L member login on the website by visiting your Membership Settings.
Step 1: Login to the membership account
Step 2: Simply click “Your Membership” and select “Pause or Cancel Your Account”. Keep in mind, all cancellations must take place before your next bill date to avoid being charged for the next month. Membership monthly payments are non-refundable.
3. Once you have cancelled your membership - you will be immediately removed from the private Facebook group however you may still use your discounts until the membership expires.
4. Failure to cancel before your next auto renewal for monthly/annual membership- you will not be refuded or credited. No exceptions will be made.
You understand that by signing up this is a membership and will be auto billed your next month/year unless canceled before next billing cycle.
There are absolutely NO transfers, credits, or refunds on Memberships. B+L is not responsible for forgetting to cancel/pause a month to month membership or yearly auto renewal. We will not refund for lack of use or refund any months billed and you did not use the membership.
Is it possible to subscribe on a month-to-month basis and rent all available items simultaneously, only to cancel afterward? No, this practice would be deemed a misuse of your membership. Any orders placed in this manner, known as mass ordering, will be subject to cancellation. Additionally, you may lose your discount and incur additional fees.
Engaging in such actions will result in the termination of your membership without the possibility of a refund.
We reserve the right to terminate any membership if we determine that the user is in violation or misusing the membership.

Being about of this dress club is like nothing every before! I have saved so much for rentals it's insane! And getting first dips on retired rentals, ready to ships and new rentals, it's worth it 100 times over! I've even saved money on this gorgeous custom order which I got to see a sneak peak of the fabric by being in the club Facebook group!

This club was 100% worth the investment. I have been able to rent early multiple dresses with amazing discounts. I have recently purchased 2 RTS to add to my client closet. If you rent/buy from Bentley and Lace the dress club is a must in my opinion.
The dress club is where it’s at! Seriously, not only do you get your own personal cheer section, you get ideas, you get feedback and that isn’t the best parts. You get Liz that wants to watch you win. She gives classes, she gives discounts, she gives you so much more. She truly wants your success even when you saved thousands of (her) dollars throughout the year like I have with ready to ship, remnants, rentals, shipping. This is a win win situation. I cannot begin to calculate how much money I have personally saved by joining the dress club! Between the savings and opportunities to rent gowns before everyone else, the free shipping deals, chances to order custom gowns with the Black Friday sales, seeing RTS dresses before everyone else - it’s definitely where all the deals and savings are at for Bentley and Lace!!!
